Broadcast

Tuned for on-air delivery across FM, HD Radio, and streaming simulcast. Each broadcast preset configures all 14 stages — including pre-emphasis curves, delivery mode, and TruePeak Guard — for a specific format and sonic signature.

  • FM Hot AC — Warm, full midrange with controlled loudness. Optimized for Adult Contemporary formats with moderate processing and natural vocal presence.
  • FM CHR — Maximum competitive loudness for Contemporary Hit Radio. Aggressive multiband compression with enhanced bass and bright, forward presence.
  • Talk Radio — Voice-optimized processing with reduced bass, tight AGC tracking, and enhanced intelligibility. De-esser tuned for close-mic speech.
  • Classical — Minimal processing with wide dynamic range preservation. Gentle AGC, transparent limiting, and flat EQ. Designed for classical and jazz formats.

Mastering

Studio-grade mastering presets that leverage the full signal chain for music production workflows. Each preset targets a specific aesthetic while maintaining compliance with loudness standards.

  • Transparent Master — Minimal coloration with precise loudness targeting. Wideband compression only, gentle SmartBand EQ, and TruePeak Guard at -1.0 dBTP. Ideal for acoustic and singer-songwriter material.
  • Loud & Punchy — Aggressive dynamics for modern pop, hip-hop, and electronic. Multiband compression with enhanced low-end punch, saturated shaping, and Clipper GX for maximum perceived loudness.
  • Vocal Forward — Midrange-focused processing that brings vocals to the front of the mix. Presence enhancement tuned for 2–5 kHz, with de-esser actively managing sibilance.
  • Warm Analog — Tube-modeled shaping with gentle roll-offs. Subtle stereo enhancement, moderate compression, and analog-style saturation for a vintage character without the noise floor.

Purpose-built for digital delivery — podcasts, YouTube, Spotify, and live streaming platforms. These presets account for downstream codec encoding, platform normalization targets, and typical listening environments (earbuds, laptop speakers, car Bluetooth).

  • Podcast — Voice-first processing with tight loudness targeting at -16 LUFS. Enhanced speech intelligibility, noise-gated AGC for silent pauses, and gentle de-essing. Compliant with Apple Podcasts and Spotify loudness specs.
  • YouTube — Balanced music-and-voice processing targeting -14 LUFS. Moderate compression to handle dynamic content, with TruePeak Guard at -1.0 dBTP to survive YouTube's AAC re-encoding.
  • Spotify Optimized — Targets -14 LUFS integrated to match Spotify's normalization. Subtle stereo enhancement for headphone listening, with APRE configured for codec-resilient output.
